Harris Watson Holdings plc is the holding company of a privately owned group of businesses engaged in specialist engineering and process manufacturing activities.

Harris Watson specialises in the acquisition of businesses which have a strong technical base and clear identity but which may be under-performing.  Through selective investment and restructuring Harris Watson seeks to improve operating performance of its businesses.  Direct involvement from Head Office is limited to controlling the strategic direction of its businesses and setting and monitoring performance. The group was formed in 1989 by John Harris and Sue Watson and is based in Birmingham. John and Sue remain the company’s sole shareholders.
