Harris Watson is a privately owned business formed in 1989 by John Harris and Sue Watson who have extensive financial expertise in acquiring and turning around underperforming businesses.
A small head office team incoporating financial reporting, treasury and due diligence skills ensure that acquisition decisions are reached quickly and effectively. The speed is enhanced by the fact that the owners make the investment decisions as there are no other equity investors.
The current portfolio of companies can be viewed on the Group Companies page and encompass operations in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, Brazil, China, India and Australia. The business continues to look for strategic acquisitions to complement the existing portfolio and will provide a quick response to new business opportunities.
