HWH Investments Limited is a privately owned business formed in 2011 by John Harris following the reorganisation of Harris Watson Holdings plc and Waterlinks Investments Ltd.
Extensive financial expertise in acquiring and turning around underperforming businesses and a small head office team incorporating financial reporting, treasury and due diligence skills ensure that acquisition decisions are reached quickly and effectively. The speed is enhanced by the fact that the owner makes the investment decisions as there are no other equity investors.
The current portfolio of companies can be viewed on the Group Companies page and encompass operations in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, Brazil, China, India and Australia. The business continues to look for strategic acquisitions to complement the existing portfolio and will provide a quick response to new business opportunities.
