We are
delighted to announce the addition to the Group, on July
30 2007, of Froude Hofmann and Bridon Wire Special
Steels. The two businesses with a combined turnover of
£26.7million were acquired from FKI plc for a cash
consideration of £2.5 million.
Froude
Hofmann manufactures engine and vehicle dynamometer test
solutions for the automotive and aerospace industries.
Bridon Wire Special Steels makes stainless steel wire.
