How do you apply? Follow the link to our Graduate Scheme application form and fill in the special form. That will tell us a lot about you. If we like the look of that, we'll ask you to complete a couple of online tests which our world-class psychologist will interpret. We'll explore the results at what's likely to be the first and final interview. If other prospective employers have put you through endless tests, assessment centres and interviews, and made you an offer, we're likely to accept that as evidence, rather than put you through more of the same. Otherwise, we'll find some way of assessing your technical abilities before we clinch the deal.
What happens next? There's a two week induction course in October each year. Following that, we second you to a series of companies for three months until there's a mutual fit. Then you transfer onto their payroll and off you go. However, the October intake will reconvene every six months for two years, for a development experience and to share what's going on across the group. One of its ongoing tasks will be to refine the 'Bright Brains' scheme and to be available to the candidates for the next intake. Like eBay, if we're not delivering the goods we think there should be a way of warning new 'buyers'.
